Who it’s for

Salons, barbers and beauty

Appointments by staff member, deposits for long services, waitlists for full days and a rota that knows Irish law.

Trades and home services

Painters, plumbers, cleaners: jobs at the customer's address, hourly or day rates, quotes, repeat visits, and a payment link when the job's done.

Babysitters and childmindersComing soon

Listed only after we've checked photo ID and Garda vetting. Parents book evenings online and leave the children's details just for you.

Cafés, restaurants and market stalls

Table bookings with allergy notes, click & collect, and QR ordering at the stall: customers pay on their phone and come back when their code is called.

Bookable from AI assistants

People increasingly ask ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini to find someone. Assistants that connect to Townspoke can search your services, see when you're really free and send the customer a link to confirm. You can switch it off.

Found and booked online

Your own booking page and a place in our directory, where people search by trade, county and Eircode. Customers pick a day on a calendar; no account needed.

Bookings on WhatsApp, day and night

Customers book, move and cancel by messaging your number. The assistant only offers times that are really free, and the system won't double-book.

Paid your way

Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Take a deposit, the full price upfront, or send a link after the job. The money goes straight into your own Stripe account; we take no commission.

Reviews that are real

Customers are asked after a finished booking, and only they can review. You reply once; you can't be review-bombed by people who never came.

A rota that knows Irish law

Plan the week, publish it to staff on WhatsApp, and get warned about rest breaks, 11-hour rest and public holidays under the Working Time Act.

Sick days sorted from bed

Staff message in sick; their bookings are flagged and free colleagues are asked to cover. You approve swaps and time off with one tap.

Orders, vouchers and packages

Click & collect with stock, QR ordering at markets, and gift vouchers or bundles of sessions sold on your page. VAT is worked out for you.

You stay in charge

Anything unusual (complaints, allergy questions, late changes) comes to you. In your first week, nothing goes out until you approve it.

How it works

  1. Step 1

    Set up in an hour

Services, prices, staff, hours and the areas you cover. Do it yourself, or with us on the pilot.

  2. Step 2

    A week on approval

The assistant drafts every reply. You read, tweak and send from your phone.

  3. Step 3

    Then it runs itself

Once we've approved your listing, customers can find and book you. You get a summary every Monday.

  • Free for two months, no card needed
  • Set up with you, in person or on a call
  • Cancel any time; your data is yours to take or delete

We’ll only use these details to get back to you about the pilot. See our privacy notice.

Questions

Do my customers need an app?
No. They book on your page in any browser, or on WhatsApp, which almost everyone already has.
What if it gets something wrong?
It can only offer real free times and can't change prices. Anything it's unsure of goes to you, and you can take over any chat. The first week, you approve everything.
Where is my data kept?
In the EU. Customer data is only used to run your business, and it's deleted on request. Chat history is cleared automatically after 90 days.
Can I keep my current booking system?
During the pilot, bookings live here. Syncing with Google Calendar is on our list; tell us what you use now.
Do you take a commission?
No. You pay a monthly plan, and customer payments go straight to your own Stripe account. Stripe's normal card fees apply.
How are babysitters checked?
A person on our team checks photo ID and the Garda vetting disclosure before a babysitter is listed, and vetting has to be renewed every three years. See our safeguarding policy.
What does it cost?
Sign up yourself and get 14 days free, no card needed. Or join the pilot: two months free and we set it up with you. After that, plans start at €59 a month. See pricing.
